Collection of your Personal Information
While Safe Blood is designed to allow you to provide only the minimum of information necessary in order to provide the services you are purchasing, in order to better provide you with products and services offered, Safe Blood allows you to provide information, such as your:

– Username, Member ID Number
If you purchase Safe Blood’s paid products and services, we collect billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction, and may be retained by Safeblood if you select a monthly billing option.
Safe Blood may also allow you to provide demographic information, which is not unique to you, but may be necessary for some of our services, such as our Advance Directive (medical Living Will), and Medical ID Card. This information may include fields such as your:

We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you elect to use certain products or services. Server Data

Right to Deletion
